If the client did not clearly outline their expectations in the original brief or during the feedback process, the artist is not responsible for any mismatch in the finished commission.

I reserve the right to decline any order that makes me feel uncomfortable.

If the changes in the brief during working process exceed 50% of the original one, it will be declined or charged as a new commission. Therefore, please provide as much detail as possible before the artist starts working on the commission.

Once you submit your request, I'll review it to determine if I'm the right fit for your needs. If so, I'll send you a proposal with your exact pricing and timing before we move forward.

After receiving your payment, I will begin working on your order, which typically takes 5-40 working days to complete, depending on its complexity.
The sooner you give feedback, the sooner your order will be delivered.

Color sketch: 2 times feedback.

Lineart & Base: 2 times feedback.

Render: 1 more chance to give feedback, but in just some small details such as saturation or minor details on the character.

Major changes such as changing to different characters, composition, entire color scheme/color mood, add big details, or any change during working process that make the brief different over 50% of the original one, will be declined or charged as a new commission.

You can give feedback totally 5 times, for free. Any additional feedback will incur an extra cost ($10/each).

The finished products will be sent to you via e-mail.

The commission must be paid within 3 days after we agree on the price and other terms. If payment is not received within this time, the commission will be canceled.

Commission will only begin after 100% payment or at least a 50% deposit has been made (50% payment before commission starts - 50% payment before Line & Base process starts). For commission worths over $500, other payment plans will be accepted (contact for more details).

Payments can be accepted through Paypal, Vietnam domestic bank, or VGen.

If the artist cancels the commission, the client will receive a full refund.

If the client cancels the order:

Before Line & Base process: 50% of the invoice will be refunded.

Before Render process: 30% of the invoice will be refunded.

After Render process: No refunds will be given.

Artwork commissioned for personal use can only be used for personal purposes. For commercial purposes, an additional charge of 200% - 300% of the base price will apply. Please refer to the commercial price list for more details.

The watermark must not be cropped out or hidden under any circumstances.

The artist reserves the right to show commissioned artwork in their portfolio. If the client prefers to keep the artwork private on a period, an additional fee will apply.

Any form of editing (heavily referencing, copying, tracing) or using the artwork for AI training or NFTs is strictly prohibited.
